Do I get one consolidated invoice for all sessions?
Yes. All charging sessions across all cards and vehicles run through one monthly consolidated invoice – broken down and exportable for DATEV, SAP or Excel.
Can I assign cards to vehicles or employees?
Yes. In the ChargingTime Fleet Dashboard you assign every card to a vehicle, person or team and block or activate it anytime.
Can the charging cards be personalised?
Yes, personalised cards are available for business customers on request – for example with a name or for clear assignment within the fleet.
What do the card and the electricity cost?
The card costs a one-off €14.99 each, with a volume discount for fleets and no monthly base fee. For electricity, the same transparent prices apply as in the app – with no hidden surcharges.
What analytics does the fleet charging card offer?
